- Someone actually took the effort to preserve a photo taken on October 1990.
- I was the tallest in class. Okay okay, the tallest in the back row.
- I’m still good friends with a handful of people also in this picture.
- I can still recall a few guys who left Batu Pahat after primary school, and they are in this picture.
- Tucked-in T-shirts seemed to be the fad.
- The land we stood on, which was the land where we often played games such as hopscotch and marbles, is now covered with tar, making games aforementioned almost too dangerous to play.
- Why were some wearing shorts? Or is the kid on the front row a girl? (and hence, wearing a skirt?)
- I think the boys who were wearing shorts were cleverly arranged to stand behind to cover their legs. The kid in the front row was probably the class monitor… but why a class monitor in kindergarten? Nurturing leadership at that young an age is kinda ineffective, isn’t it?
- We all knew we were taking a class photo… but hardly anyone bothered to smile.
- The boys in the back row were standing on wooden benches from the canteen. I nearly fell after taking the photo. I have fear of heights.
