Refinance.com

March 26th, 2008

People have been asking me, where to find immediate cash? I am quite sure they want the immediate cash for them to start a small business, and hopefully let the business grow from there and eventually become a huge venture that returns a lot more than the cash they started with.

I would usually tell them off and discourage them from starting their own businesses, saying it is better to work as an employee, rather than your own boss. I didn’t realize that I was wrong.

It is now really easy to get immediate cash with home loans. These home refinance packages can help you get a bit of a push to begin your business empire. You might want to check out the mortgage refinance packages that will suit you. Hey, you might see something you like!

Paid Posts Templates #2

Your post about … was declined due to the following reason(s).

This post has copied content from http://bleargh.net/makemoney/ Smorty
does not tolerate non original content and your blog will be removed if
it happens again

You can re-apply for the same task if it is available by logging into
your Smorty admin panel under New Opportunities section.

A reader informed me this morning that one of her posts were rejected by Smorty for using my template. At first I was happy to know that my work was being appreciated and utilized, but she went on to tell me her side of the story. It was sad. She only held the post for 6 hours, and Smorty was quick to the bat to find out about this post. It’s possible that they used a search engine on an arbitrary sentence from the template.

Therefore, I urge you to come up with your own templates, and save them offline. These advertisers only want links, so we give them links. The review is almost never important.

Paid Posts Templates

October 6th, 2007

Ever got caught holding posts? I did. The paid post network dismissed my reservation as dummy links and only a mere 15 word sentence. I hold posts for a reason. Some paid post networks pay at the end of 30 days since the posting of the paid task. Some paid post networks opt to payout after a week of submission.

Once a task has been reserved, the task is expected to be done within a specified period of time. Be it 2 hours or 3 days, the task has to be completed before it was released again for the grabbing by the paid posting community.

A few bloggers came up with this idea of holding posts. As we all know (I think you should know this by now) once we submit a post for a task, the system initially check the validity of the links and the validity of the URL you submitted. If these criteria passed the checks, then the post is accepted and hence payment will be done after a stipulated amount of time. Of course, manual reviews will be done by the staff members, but that won’t happen during the first few days of submission. While I am still not sure how long it takes for a post to actually reach a manual reviewer, as the length of queue can be very ambiguous, it is safer for one to slap arbitrary context with the required link, in case the manual reviewer looks into your post before you could edit it to a proper post.

Some advertisers check the posts right after you submit, and flag you for any violation of the rules. Yes, holding posts is an offence.

In order to fool the two parties (manual reviewer and advertiser) I suggest using templates for paid posts until you have the time to actually write the proper article for it. I don’t recommend you using the templates for too long, as in, keeping the template as the paid post until payment arrives, because this will affect other bloggers and your future tasks.

If a certain amount of text is recognized as redundant, the post might be refused and the blogger might be suspended for holding posts and attempting to cheat the system. Please be reminded that I am not telling you to cheat the system, but to semi-legally hold the post until you have the time to write up a proper article for the task.

Okay, that’s enough. Here are two examples of paid post templates.

To be honest, I do not understand what is the hype with _________. Many other bloggers have been blogging about it, but I have yet to review the product. Blame it on my time management skills. I guess a great product like this should not go unnoticed.

So, have you tried it out? It is simply easy to use. I would deem the item as “user friendly” if it is a computer or a machine, because the instructions are clear and straightforward. To quote a teacher of mine in junior high, “It does not require any form of intelligence”. I do not mean to insult the users, I simply mean that the instructions are so easy that you can follow step by step and it will be ready for use.

It would be my pleasure to be able to purchase this product and try it out at home. I am sure it will not only benefit my family but everyone else as well.

The template above spans 162 words (excluding the blank word).

Hey, have you ever heard of _________ before? It has been around for a while, but I would not be surprised if you have not, for I have also been oblivious to this great product.

When I first read about this great product, my initial urge was to purchase them for a trial period. Well, what I really meant is that I would purchase a smaller quantity of the item to test its effectiveness, before I make any moves to stock up on this wonderful product. It is not an expensive item, so in my opinion it is best to acquire a minimal amount first, before any rash purchases. Find out if it works for you, for the description on their website really looks convincing enough.

The template above is a modest 125-word piece. Plug in your link and maybe an extra paragraph of how the product might benefit you. You might just hit 150 or even 200 words.

In the end, I would like to remind you that using a template is just a temporary solution. Don’t abuse it. We are all bloggers looking to make some quick bucks and we should stick together as one.
